The nature and mode of action of micro dose (potency) in Homoeopathy is a puzzling question. Preliminary experimental work on the action of Homoeopathic drugs in alcohol induced liver disease in rats was undertaken and showed encouraging results. Further work at cellular level is being planned out.

The work was carried out in collaboration with following organizations

1. C. B. Patel Research Centre, Mumbai
2. Pharmacy Department, University Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.
Research work in Homoeopathy is a challenging field. ARH is ready to participate in theoretical as well as applied research in both areas.
